Shipping Information

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an item is out of stock or requires special handling, we will contact you with an update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us in advance so we can assist with a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or busy seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, location, and shipping method.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery confirmation so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted on unused and unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and certification reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Safety harnesses, ropes, and slings
  • Carabiners and connectors
  • Load bearing PPE
  • Clearance items
  • Special-order and custom products

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund after reviewing your claim.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or wrong. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged products only. For other cases, please return the item and place a new order.

Canceling an Order

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not shipped.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
